Step 3- Once your application is approved, proceed with payment. Approval of applications takes place within three (3) working days of submission.

EARLY BIRD RATES

You must apply and pay your rate (once approved) within the timeframe of the early bird rates

All early bird rates must be paid within the stipulated periods to enjoy the corresponding discounts.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note only plant-based and vegan meals and drinks can be sold and/or promoted at VegFest 2022, including literature and promotional material.
Vegan means no food products and drinks containing animal products or animal by-products and dairy.
In line with VegGhana’s events, vendors and exhibitors are expected to use only eco-friendly cups, plates and bowls for serving food and drinks and packaging.
ON A BEST EFFORT BASIS NO PLASTICS AND RUBBERS

EXHIBITION STALLS

Exhibitors will be provided with a table and two chairs per stall for a fee of GHS500.00.
Exhibitors will indicate the number of stalls they require for their exhibits.
All stalls will be located outside, as such exhibitors are to ensure adequate protection from the elements.

A 20% Discount is available for VegGhana members in good standing. LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE
